Anchor Point Hub is a planned European-inspired village you could spend the whole afternoon in — in the Southwest Valley, bringing together education, teen programming, dining, retail, events, and community gathering spaces in one place. It’s designed to give families, teens, educators, entrepreneurs, and neighbors a place to connect in person.

We're hoping to build somewhere in the Southwest Valley (Herriman, South Jordan, Riverton, and Bluffdale area), since that's our home. We're still in the early stages of finding the right land and the right developer, so nothing is finalized yet.
Yes. Inclusion is built into our design from the ground up — our all-abilities playground at Kreo Commons is designed so children of every ability can play together, side by side. Accessibility isn’t an add-on for us; it’s part of what “everyone belongs”
actually means.

A Letter of Interest (LOI) is a formal, good-faith statement from an organization saying they'd like to have space at Anchor Point Hub once it's built — it's a standard, early-stage step in commercial real estate, but it isn't a binding commitment. A signed lease is a legal agreement that locks in space, terms, and rent once a building actually exists to lease. Right now, our 15+ partners have signed LOIs; we don't yet have any signed leases in place. As we secure a site and financing, we'll convert LOIs into signed leases.

Pricing for programs like The Plot teen membership, classes, and events will be announced closer to opening. We’re also building an Access Fund to help make teen memberships and other programs affordable for families who need support.
Accessibility matters to us — and that means more than cost. Alongside our Access Fund, we’ve built a tiered rent and Vendor Support Fund model for local businesses, and we’re exploring transportation partnerships, like with DayBreak Transportation, to help ensure teens without a reliable ride can still get to and from the village.

No. The residential units at Anchor Point Hub are market-rate apartments, not an affordable or income-restricted housing program.
Twenty residential apartments will sit above two of our buildings on the east side of the village — a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and premium units overlooking the Secret Garden. They’re designed for residents who want to be part of daily village life, not as a large-scale housing development.
Anchor Point Hub’s residential component is intentionally small — twenty market-rate apartments above two buildings — designed to give a limited number of residents a chance to be part of daily village life, not to function as a large-scale housing solution. Our mission is focused on solving a different community need: the lack of shared, in-person gathering spaces for education, connection, and belonging. Affordable housing is a critical issue in our region, but it requires its own dedicated expertise, funding sources, and partners to do well — and we believe it deserves that focused attention rather than being a secondary feature of a project built for a different purpose. We support the broader efforts of our cities and housing organizations working on that issue directly, and we see Anchor Point Hub as a complementary piece of community life, not a housing development.
