THE GREENHOUSE AND MARKET
A working greenhouse nestled alongside Kreo Commons has its own dedicated growing space producing fresh herbs, greens, and vegetables year-round. Everything grown here feeds directly into our teaching kitchen and community market. We're building this in partnership with local Utah farmers and growers who share our belief that clean, local food should be accessible to every family in the Southwest Valley, not just the ones who can afford a specialty grocery store.

THE PLOT
The Plot is Anchor Point Hub’s own building for teens ages 12–18. Not a corner of a bigger building, not an afterthought a full space shaped directly by input from over 107 local teens. Bowling, an escape room, a maker’s workshop, quiet retreat space, and a 16+ lounge teens will count down the years to join. Built from what they actually told us they wanted, and we’re still listening.

CORNERSTONE EVENT HALL
Cornerstone Event Hall is where the whole village comes together to celebrate life's biggest moments. Weddings, reunions, recitals, galas, and community gatherings that bring generations together under one roof. Teens will have their own social dances and live band nights here too, alongside elegant adult formal dances in partnership with The Modern Ball, and the occasional themed evening, like a murder mystery dinner, for something a little different.
